TONE UP & TRIM
Group singing has been scientifically proven to lower stress, relieve anxiety and
elevate endorphins. Join the East Simcoe Singers - and you’ll experience this for
yourself! We are a recreational singing group and will be preparing for a Christmas
performance. If you are 16 or older, can sing in the shower and enjoy making
beautiful music with a fun group of people, then you’re a good fit for our group.
Please Note: Additional practices may be required before the performance. Cost
includes music and a CD, binders available for additional fee.

We are excited to announce a Zumba class where parents and children can come
Zumba together! Tracy will teach you some great moves to a variety of music
that will have everyone moving and getting fit together. Although children are
welcome to participate on their own, adults must be accompanied by a child!
Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba
program is all about! It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired
calorie-burning dance fitness party that’s moving millions of people toward joy
and health. Adaptable for all ages and fitness levels.
Line Dancing is back for the Fall! Those who are already line dancers know the
benefits - it isn’t simply getting exercise - it’s addictive! It is an enjoyable, social
form of physical exercise that is highly beneficial to everyone. Line Dancing burns
calories, builds muscle and improves cardiovascular condition, and remembering
dance steps improves memory skills. So come out and join us for a fun evening
geared to line dancers from beginner to intermediate levels!
A workout to get you into the best shape of your life! Boost your metabolism and
make your body a fat burning machine. Join our personal trainer who will help
keep you on track with your fitness and weight loss goals. Please bring a mat or
towel. Those wishing to register for 1 session per week for $55.00 should contact

Bring your own crafts to work on each week, and be inspired to try new crafts by
learning from others! Keep your creativity flowing, no matter what you love to
do - knitting, sewing, rug hooking, jewellery making, greeting cards, scrapbooking
- come and work in the company of other crafty souls. Casual and fun, your
registration fee includes coffee, tea or water.
Got a fancy new camera but haven’t figured out how to use all those settings?
Join professional photographer Mark Smith in this introductory session. He’ll show
you how the camera works, choosing lighting, composing a balanced photo and
how to photograph family and friends. Using presentations with lots of examples,
you will examine the how to’s for all you digital camera needs. Please bring your
camera to class.
Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. It is practiced sitting
on a chair or standing using a chair for support. Poses are modified so that even
those with health restrictions, decreased range of motion or physical challenges
can enjoy the health benefits of yoga, such as increased flexibility, circulation and
strength. Chair yoga is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and physical conditions!
Relaxation to calm your mind, body & soul. Join Kathy for a natural form of
exercise using strength poses for muscle toning and core stability. You must
register for each session. Bring a mat or towel and wear comfy clothing!
