Our family of companies includes: 4 Wheel Parts, 4Wheel Drive Hardware, Transamerican Wholesale, Pro Comp, Smittybilt, G2 and our newest edition, Rubicon Express. These companies are made up of over 1,000 caring, passionate and hard working enthusiast-employees. Several of these folks have dealt with family tragedies from devastating medical conditions to the loss of family members. When they hurt, we hurt as a family. 6 / ORA DECEMBER 2011 LETTERS &STUFF STACKED AND READY TO TICK-OFF THE SNOOTIES My name is Darren, I'm from North Jersey. I get your magazine every month and look forward to reading the "Letters and Stuff." I'm 16 and bought my first truck last year. It's a '71 Chevy pickup with a swapped in Cummins turbo diesel. It has 7-inches worth of lift and 35-inch General Grapplers that I bought from 4 Wheel Parts. It has been some ride rebuilding it but I know some really good memories are going to come out of it. In my area, it's my truck vs. a fleet of nice white BMWs and Mercedes waiting to be covered in diesel and I can't wait for that to happen. Thanks for the motivation! A COUPLE OF BEEFY RIDES This is my '87 Jeep YJ, It has a 400" small block Chevrolet, TH350 transmission, Atlas 2 transfer case, B&M mega shifter, other parts include a Dynatrac rear Dana 44 axle, Dana 60 front axle, Tom Woods drive shafts, Poison Spyder bumpers, custom 2-1/2" dual exhaust, Custom Fusion marine stereo system, and Auto Meter gauges. Also has 38" Super Swampers on beadlock wheels. Thanks for putting my Jeep in your magazine, I love it! Also included in the pics is my brother's 2010 Polaris RZR S with tons of custom parts. He can't go the same places I can, but he damn sure tries! T.R. Fulkerson Henderson, NY ROBERT TAYLOR'S BUILT LIKE A "BRICK HOUSE" 4RUNNER I have always wanted to have my 1994 4Runner in your magazine. Here are the specs: * Full exo-skeleton * Cummins 4BTA turbo-diesel with 230HP/550 lb-ft 700R4 transmission * STaK 3-speed transfer case 5.44 - 3.05 - 1.0 * Unimog 416 axles with 6.52 gears and factory air lockers * 8 on 6.5 disc brake conversion * 46-19.50X20 Mickey Thompson Baja Claw tires on Dick Cepek DC-1 wheels * Link suspension with 16" Sway-A-Way remote reservoir coilovers in rear and 14" in front * Warn M12000 winch * Warn Works rear suck-down winch * On-board air (home built) * Odyssey 2150 Amp AGM battery * 3500-watt power inverter * Rear cutting brakes, etc. This rig is a lot of fun on trail rides. Thanks to everyone at 4WP for all of their help. Regards, Robert Taylor Lake Wylie, SC What can we say but, AWESOME!

WILLIAM'S 8 INCHER My truck has an 8" Fabtech suspension lift with 37x13.50 Pro Comp Xterrain's mounted on 17x9 XD series 797 Spy's. I have also installed a Dynomax Super Turbo cat-back exhaust system, an Airaid intake and a throttle body spacer. I'm running a stock 5.4L V-8, so every little bit helps. 4.56 gears are next on the list. Story Eric Pinnell Lift it, slam it, crawl it, that's what 4 Wheel Parts is all ÖÖabout. It's all so much fun that sometimes it's hard to remember there are people out there who could use a helping hand. The Nashville 4 Wheel Parts store stepped up to the plate with one big helping hand. Partnered with the Tennessee Firefighters Burn Foundation and Camp Phoenix, Jacob Tranum, the sales manager of the Nashville store, found 16-year-old burn victim Justin and his raged out '86 Chevy C10. Justin was involved in a fire when he was 8-years-old, burning over half of his body. Jacob spent hours calling 4 Wheel Part's amazing aftermarket manufacturer/vendors getting donations of products for the outside and inside of this vintage truck. On the outside, the bodywork and custom two-tone paint was donated by DJ's Body shop of Nashville with accented hand pin striping by Tom Stanborn. The other goods gifted to this lucky boy included: tail lights from Anzo USA; a set of Bushwacker flares; Performance Accessories three-inch body lift and Gap Guards; a DeeZee tool box; Carriage Works' Phantom grille, a Magnaflow exhaust; 305/70R17 8 / ORA DECEMBER 2011 IN THE COMMUNITY Nashville Store Builds a Teenager's Dream Truck and Holds Fundraiser for Burn Victims Charity Pro Comp Xtreme A/T tires wrapped on a set of KM701 NOVA gloss black machined wheels; and Line-X of Franklin donated the bed liner. To help out the ride, Pro Comp donated a set of ES3000 shocks. As for the inside - MasterCraft hooked the C10 up with new seats and belts to set up on Auto Custom Carpets new black carpet kit with sound deadener padding. To keep the carpet clean, a set of floor mats with a custom silver bow tie were added. To wrap up the inside, a new Grant steering wheel, tint on the windows from Performance Films of Tennessee, and a new sound system by Driven Nashville were added. The newly revamped C10 was returned to its rightful owner during the 4WP's Endless Summer Sale. To help out the Tennessee Firefighters Burn Foundation and Camp Phoenix, Bully Dog donated a GT diesel tuner for a silent auction as well as tons of shirts. Edge shipped in some cool swag and Superlift hooked all the kids up with free Hot Wheels Superlift vehicles. When the dust settled, almost $800 was raised for Camp Phoenix and one 16-year-old kid was speechless for days. p
